In 2011 Wildside Catering were approached by Clonakilty Blackpudding with a really unique challenge. The challenge was to create a glamorous fine dining ‘pop up’ restaurant in Dublin using the Clonakilty black pudding products throughout the menu. Most people would associate Clonakilty with breakfast food but this is not entirely what I had in mind! The venue no11 North St Georges street is amazing and working together with the Queens was great as always, the Candle light dinners went down a treat… have a read of the reviews below.
