To Ted & all his amazing crew,
I hope this finds you all well!
Its actually quite hard to put into words how truly grateful Stuart & I are to all of you. We had the most amazing day, night, day after & a few days after that celebrating our wedding!!
Ted from day one you were absolute diamond to work with, the ideas, suggestions & the way you patiently answered ALL my questions (there was quite a few!) made the planning of our wedding an absolute joy.
The feed back we have received about the food on the day has been amazing! People said they have never tasted canapes like that, which really set the tone for what was to follow. The starter was absolutely delicious, my brother & bridesmaid managed to get two helpings for themselves somehow!
The buffet presentation was superb, I am a big salad buff & you exceeded my expectations! The boar is still being talked about! The wedding cake has been hoarded by my Dad but i hear its delicious! I could go on & on & on….
I really cant thank you all enough, you were all so nice to deal with on the day!
We will defiantly meet again, as I am already planning the anniversary party with gusto!

We just must write to thank Ted and his team at Wildside Catering for the magnificent feast they
provided on 4th August at the wedding of our son Stuart to Vicki.
Stuart and Vicki decided to have their wedding in the family home: Wildside Catering being the
caterer of choice from word go.
Ted arrived early on the morning of the event and set up his kitchen and beech and oak fires (on
which he cooked the meat)…..immediately adding to the atmosphere!!
On returning from the Church, we discovered to our delight that our home had been transformed
as we were greeted by pleasant and efficient wait staff dressed in fancy costume who served the
wonderful canapy’s and managed the drinks reception……….we were guests in our own home…..how
Ted’s food was magnificent….. from the canopies of Crab Wontons, Sushi and Beetroot Parsnip crisps
(to name but a few)…..to the starters of Asian Crab Salad and warm Cheese Salad….. then on to the
main course of Marinated legs of Lamb and dry aged whole Sirloin of Beef accompanied by a lovely
range of seasonal vegetables and salads. We finished the meal with a selection of delicious deserts.
This was all plated and served by the extraordinary wait staff (recommended by Ted) ‘Sharon and
the Queens of Neon’ whose choice of dress added a carnival atmosphere to the entire event while
never at any time compromising professionalism.
Later that evening Ted treated us to his own delicious stone baked pizzas
A wonderful time was had by all. Ted was extremely efficient while at the same time relaxed
and good humoured throughout. For anybody thinking of holding a similar event we would have
absolutely no hesitation is saying ‘go for it’. It was truly a day to be remembered!!
We continue to receive complements from wedding guests with regard to the uniqueness of the
atmosphere food and staff.
